We'll be digging deep into our most recent Performance Series Data during Collaboration this week. First, Second and Fifth will meet Tuesday. Kindergarten, Third and Fourth grade will meet Thursday. Please bring your computer and plan to stay through PE and Specials.
EnRICh - Enrichment, Reinforce, Inspire, Challenge - We start with all Fourth and Fifth graders this week! Please remind students going to EnRICh to take all of their things with them. They will be dismissed from their EnRICh class. So, make sure they know how they are going home AND they have a walker pass, if needed, before they leave you.
Thursday, I sent you a list of students that we will be meeting on in our PST meetings this week. If you have a student that you'd like to refer that has not already been mentioned. Let Mrs. Tyner know.
Your Teachers Advisory Counsel reported that no questions were turned in for their first meeting. They will meet again towards the end of November. I'll remind you in this Blog.
The Teacher of the Year selection committee is still accepting nominations for Teacher of the Year. You may send nominations to Tyner, Osburn, Prickett, Ellison, or Rosetta.
Nancy will not interrupt your class to announce that a lunchbox, snack or other items have been left in the office for students. She will email you immediately. Please check your email before you go to lunch. Last week, only 3 days, we had three lunches that were picked up around 2:00.
Family News from Angela: "Giving all glory to God. Update on momma: we got her home around 3:00 today. She's all settled in. We have a plan for her in-home care for the duration. Seizures are continuing, but being treated by meds. We are no longer treating her disease. We'll be focusing on daily comfort and strength as she can tolerate it. We know and believe that God has used her for a mighty purpose and is continuing to keep her. We are still praying for a miracle that only God can provide. Please continue to pray for our strength and endurance. Embrace your loved ones every day. Life can change in the twinkling of an eye. Let there be no question as to whether or not you love your family members. For the time we have here together on this side of heaven will surely pass away. Love you all."
The Rockathon is Saturday! Don't Miss It!
