Please leave your classroom doors unlocked in the afternoons when you leave. This will help Tony move throughout the building more quickly when he is using the disinfectant spray.
The Board has graciously allowed us a floating sub for the next several weeks. Her name is Heather Armstrong. I'm sure most of you have probably met her. I'm sorry I failed to introduce her earlier.
If a parent says they do not want to have the Chrome Book sent home because they have another device at home, or they don't want the responsibility, please ask them to send you an email or note expressing their wishes. Please keep these letters/notes on file and don't send the CB home. If we suddenly go to Virtual and they need a CB, Mrs. Rosetta and I will help them get one, if needed.
I know most of you have A Blended students. Please remind their parents that you can only answer emails during your planning time or after school. Be on the lookout for a ZOOM invite to answer questions about our A-Blended students.
If you have parents that are still asking about 19-20 Yearbook, please refer them to Beth Womack. womack@centurytel.net

Dr Neill shared this article and it highlights the immobilization of our brains during a chemical imbalance caused by stress. The solution is to achieve resiliency by establishing relationships and fun routines with students first to stimulate the good neural chemicals. Academics will follow in due time. Love students first, teach them next. Article shared by Dr. Neill
Thank you for Collaborating during your planning time. Please be safe and use areas that allow you to spread out! The Collaboration Room, the Multipurpose Room, the front conference room or any of the over flow rooms are all available to you. No need to crowd around small tables.
