Notes from our last meeting.....

I asked the team to do their own research on two products; Flocabulary and Nearpod.  We'll discuss their findings during our next  meeting.  

We grappled with the best date and time for our first Trimester Celebration.  We settled on Wednesday, November 9 @1:45

Most of our meeting was spent discussing Multicultural observances   We decided to designate a week in late April (17-21) to celebrate diversity and educate ourselves and our students. Today, I'm opening a new planning team on our existing google doc in the Teacher Resources Drive.  We need volunteers to help this week be super special and hopefully start a new tradition.

Some of our ideas: Assigning each day of the week to a specific cultural group, engaging parents, involving our Specialist etc....
