Please coordinate your testing scheduled to ensure that our students do not have to study for more than two(2) tests in one day. I've noticed on several of your newsletters that we're not staggering our tests very well. Work with your team.
If you are a specialist, please make sure you are checking attendance or at a minimal taking a head count. Teachers, please send your daily attendance with your students to PE and specials.
In addition, teach your students to line up in alphabetical order. It's an easy procedure that's a huge safety measure. We will be discussing our safety plan during our staff meeting Monday.
During our collaboration time Tuesday, we'll be learning about Campfire. Please bring your computers.
Our Safety Leadership Team will be presenting our plan during our staff meeting tomorrow. Immediately following that presentation, second grade teachers and literacy teachers in grades 3-5 will meet in the library for Study Island training.
All students in grades 3-5 will take the Science Performance Assessements this week.
Don't forget our United Way Campaign!
The half way mark of this first trimester is Monday.

Please start bringing your students to the gym a little before 2:00 so we can start at 2:15. Grades K, 1, and 2 enter the first set of doors( the typical doors you enter for PE) and sit on the left side of the gym. Grades 3, 4, and 5 enter the far set of doors (front doors of the gym) and sit on the right side of the gym. If the bleachers fill up, you'll be directed to sit on the floor.
