Ornament Making

If your room mom is requesting that your students make ornaments for a tree for the Tinsel Trail, that should only be done this Thursday afternoon or Friday - Nov. 16-17

Keepsake ornaments that you typically make at Christmas can be scheduled between Dec. 6- Dec, 15. If possible, plan this on your No Specials Day.

A few thoughts about Extra Recess as a Reward

- never tagged on to typical recess - occurs at a different time of the day

-should not occur more than once a week

-fill out the google form for the date, time and how it was earned  

-No more than 2 classes on the little playground and 3 on the big playground

-if you go to the track, Officer Antonio must be told in advance

Occasionally we have parents call the office asking us to recommend tutors.  If you would like to tutor, please send your name, what you will tutor and contact information to Cissie,  All tutoring should take place off campus.

Holiday Reminders

Please make sure to communicate with your parents how important attendance is this week and the three weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas.  We will be teaching and students will be learning. Winter assessments happen as soon as we come back to school in January.

Ornament Making - the expectations are mentioned above

Holiday Movies - We don't show any movies or cartoons during instructional time and our entire day (with exception of recess and lunch) is instructional time. These expectations apply through Dec. 14.

Holiday Crafts - Please tie holiday crafts to a standard, unless it's during your No-Specials time
