Wall of Fame Procedures

Tyner keeps a spreadsheet with every student's name. AIMSWeb data is updated after benchmark assessment, Beginning, Middle and EOY. Millionaire information is updated twice a month. Times for Success Maker are checked every 3-4 week.

Once students are marked as earning WOF their name is sent to the PTO

PTO comes and takes the picture.  When then picture is returned they give Tyner an envelope with all the pieces needed to create the WOF "paw".  

The picture is given to the teacher to have the student color. The picture should be returned to Tyner.

Tyner checks the spreadsheet and gives all the earned pieces to Ellis who assembles and hangs in the hall.

As the student earns additional "paw prints", Tyner updates.

Math AIMS benchmarking is right around the corner! Grades 2-5 complete an online assessment before December 17.  Grade K-1 will be tested individually by the "testing team".  Cahaba is scheduled for December 1 and 2.
