Important Book Fair Reminders!

1.       Library or Counseling Time: Students will shop during their library or counseling time.  All library and counseling classes will meet in the library. Parents may come during library or counseling time to shop the fair with their child.  Please let parents/students know their counseling or library day and time.  Parents are not allowed to pull a student out of your class to shop.

2.       Grandparent Day Lunch: Grandparents Day Lunch is Wednesday (9/11) and Thursday (9/12).  Students are allowed to eat with their grandparents and then shop the Book Fair right after lunch.  Students will return to class after shopping.  Please do not send students to shop the Fair during this time if they are not accompanied by a grandparent.  Younger students cannot "hangout" with their grandparent in the cafeteria or the book fair to wait on an older sibling.  EX:  They come eat with a first grader, go to the book fair and take the first grader back to the cafe to wait on their 5th grade grandchild. 

3.       Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday 2:00 – 2:45. Students who bring money may shop the fair Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00 – 2:45.  This is the only student shopping time adults are not allowed to accompany students.  However, each student must have a buddy when they shop.

** Please remember - if you are not on duty, we depend on you to be in the hall, by your door, until the area is clear of students.

We have a sprinkler system around the  2-5 playground.  When kids leave jackets outside, they are getting soaked and left in the lost and found to mildew.  Please designate a couple of students to pick up items before you come in.

If you open the gate behind the building, please make sure it closes behind you.
