- If a student has any sort of head injury the parent should be notified immediately. Please double check with Nurse Dawna and make sure she called. This should be noted on the Clinic pass. There are no exceptions. Any bump on the head could become a serious issue. It's always better to err on the side of caution and notify the parent through a phone call!
- If a student mentions weapons or a threat of any kind, please report it via email to Mrs. Tyner. Rachel and Joy will investigate. Please don't waste your valuable instructional time investigating drama. These kids are smart! Some enjoy getting you of task!
- All discipline concerns that occur on the bus should be reported to Mrs. Rosetta. ALL other discipline concerns should be reported to Mrs. Tyner.
- We don't talk to any Third Party (doctor, counselor, therapist, tutor etc... ) without the signed consent of the parent. Once the Third Party form is signed, give it to Mrs. Tyner. All rating scales are sent directly to the doctor.
We will have a special time of prayer for Sabrina, Tuesday morning at 7:20 in the Collaboration Room.
Due to the special recognition (Top 50 Elementary Schools for Reading Success) for Cahaba on Thursday (9/13) at the ALSDE, we are changing the testing date of 9/13 to 9/14. This change will allow Cahaba administrators/teachers to attend and enjoy the ceremony without the worry of testing. There will be nostate testing on the Cahaba campus on Thursday (9/13).
STAR Testing this week!
