We discussed the following ...

Allowing students to purchase supplies vs making a donation and Barbara and the teachers purchasing~
              We'll talk about this again in the summer, but you get MUCH more for you money with the
              donation route.  Some think that students value their supplies more if they bring them ?? 
              I dunno -  Look for a survey this summer and we'll go with what the majority wants.

Outgoing and incoming mail --  Where do we leave it ?
               The mailbox in front of the school is available for anyone to put outgoing mail in it.  While
               you're out there, feel free to pick up anything that in there too and send/bring it into the 
               office.  We all take our turns taking care of the mailbox.  It was mentioned that Officer
               Bowen could help with this chore and he does, but SROs are not to be assigned regular,
               scheduled duties.
           
Submitting TAC questions.....
              To help with your confidentiality - We'll put a red sticker on the mailbox of people elected
               to serve on TAC - Anonymous questions can be left in any box with a red sticker. This 
              should help those of you missing the box in the teacher workroom.
