PALs Academy -  What's next and what's the future?
We have a PAL's Academy set up for April 26.  The emphasis will be Science.  Next year we'll try to get all of these on the calendar in August and gather volunteers ahead of time.  This was an idea that developed in late Fall.

State Testing is on the CES calendar - April 17,18 and 19

What about this New Schedule. Are all the Elementary Schools going to this new schedule?  
Yes, all the elementary schools will be going to this schedule next year.  After much consideration, I decided to pilot it this year and work out the kinks. 

Building update? Nothing has changed.  Construction should start any day.

Is the District getting a new website?  
Yes, and it looks great!  April Smith will walk us all through every step of making the transition. It will be rolled out before the end of the school year.

Are we adding more Chromebooks?
Yes!  Whenever I find additional funds, we purchase more.  We recently purchased additional Chromebooks for fourth grade.  Our fourth and fifth graders are 1:1, Second and Third and 1:2 and K and 1 are somewhere between 1:3-and 1:4.   My next goal will be to take all of K and 1 to 1:3
