This Week!

We'll have a couple of parents roaming the halls taking pictures next week 

between 7:20 and 8:00.

We've had a recent rash of people showing up and their name not being on your guest form.....  We aren't going to allow anyone to go to your room unless they are listed and approved!  This includes, "my sister, her grandmother etc......"

Perception is so important and somewhat easy for you to control.... ..     

a few reminders.

-  Your Class FB page or Class communication should focus on news that directly effects your students.

-  Look at your news from the eyes of a parent.  Does you page reflect the priorities of your classroom? 

What they see is what they perceive that goes on all day.

- Be Intentional. Post the positive. Post about reaching goals. 

 Post students learning. 

- Your post should be student centered!

Our halls will be filled with guest this week.  Make sure the displays outside your door are timely and reflective of rigorous expectations.

Don't forget our Dress Up Days this week!

We have an alternate schedule (posted and emailed) for Wednesday, December 13.  Friday, December 15, we will not have specials or PE.  Assembly at 9:00 and dismissal at 12:00.

Our Staff Party is going to be so much fun!  We are continuing with our Movie Theme - The PTO ladies have planned marvelous food and fun.  We will have a game to swap ornaments ( please wrap them) and reveal our Secret Pals.  The fun will start at 2:30 in the library.

PLEASE make sure all of your students have taken the Math Performance Assessment by the end of the day Tuesday. 

A couple a days ago I forwarded an email from Mrs. Fortenberry about 

your participating in our Sing-a-long Friday.  Please use your Collaboration Time 

Tuesday to get your grade level plan up and going! You may meet in your rooms or the Collaboration Room.
