Custodial Schedule
Beginning Tuesday - January 30th....... New Schedule
Kathy: Fourth Grade, Fifth Grade, Office and Library
ReNaye: Third Grade, Kindergarten, Pennington, Ford, Young, Gym, Osburn, Fortenberry
Terresa: Second Grade, First Grade, Collaboration, Williams, Osburn (office), Dawna, PTO, Scott, Teacher workroom, Computer lab
If you need anything, please talk directly to the custodian assigned to your room. They will be sweeping and emptying your trash daily, vacuuming at least twice weekly and dusting and mopping weekly.
Kathy: Gang Bathroom beside the cafeteria, Gang Bathroom beside 4/5 grade, Office Bathrooms
ReNaye: Kindergarten bathrooms, Special Education Bathrooms, Gang Bathrooms in the gym
Terresa: Gang Bathroom beside 2/3 grade, Bathrooms in Teacher workroom, Nurses bathroom
If you have any problems with the cleanliness of these bathrooms, please talk to the custodian assigned to them. They will be cleaned top to bottom daily and checked on during the day.

Weekly Update!
Our Digital Learning Night was a huge success -- Thank you to April Smith, Kathleen Latham, Taylor Harrison, Christy Ellison, Lisa Rish, Amy Prickett, Mary Katherine Wilson and Tamra Higginbotham for all your help! PLEASE make sure your parents have everything they need to access our online programs at home! I would suggest having all the login information taped to the inside of the agenda pad.
I will close out the nominations for Team Member of the Month Tuesday. Please consider nominating a specialist, our school nurse or a special education teacher.
Field Trips: Monday AM ~ First Grade, Friday AM - Third Grade
During Collaboration this week, please take a closer look at eLearning. I'd like for us to set up eLearning by grade level. Let me know what you want listed for your grade level.
We'll have our PaceSetter party for our January PaceSetters, Tuesday afternoon at 2:00.
February 1 - 16 is our canned food drive. Rachel will have the tally sheets ready this week and a flyer for you to send out to your distribution list. Please encourage your students to give back to our community.
ICYMI - Our Cahaba Math Team - the Mathletes, did very well at the Perennial Math Compitition this weekend at Birmingham Southern. One team earned 2nd place! THANK YOU to Monica Bramlett and Stephanie Wilkerson for being their coaches! They will now move on to a National Competition.

- If we don't have a name on a form, they will not
be given a pass to come to your room.
- Siblings are not included.
Please make sure your parents know about our 100th Day of School Celebration, Digital Learning Night and grades 4/5 know about the Honor Roll recognition at the Basketball Game Friday Night. All of these are posted on the Cahaba FaceBook Page.
